25 April 2009 - Old Boys Rugby Match and Dinner

On the 25th of april is the old boys game for both the womens and mens rugby team.

KO for the old girls game is at 12 @ Cochrane
KO for the old boys game is at 2 @Cochrane

In the evening there will be a dinner arranged for all the players and for all others interested, all the money made will go towards helping the club out next year so make an effort boy’s and next season will be much more enjoyable.

The dinner will be held in the Lindersfarne hall by the union.
Tickets will cost £25 a head which includes a 2 course meal and some booze.
It should be a great night out, heading into town after.

10 June 2009 - TOUCH RUGBY TOURNAMENT

The Charlie Sumption Memorial Fund, in conjunction with Durham University RFC, hosts the premier touch rugby tournament in the North East on 10th June 2009 at Maiden Castle in Durham.

32 teams (squads of 10) shall compete in this 7-a-side touch rugby tournament whose format consists of 8 groups of 4, with the top 2 going through to the cup competition and the bottom 2 to the plate.

Entry to the tournament is £10 per person, which gets you a C.S.M.F. beater and free entry to the tournament’s afterparty at Loft (normally £4).

Our aim is to raise a considerable amount for C.S.M.F. (for more details, visit www.csmf.co.uk). Sign up for a day of sun, fun, beer, live music, a barbecue and lots of flair!

A great opportunity to celebrate the end of exams and raise money for a very worthy cause.
